Japanese snowboard/ski wear manufacturer

This is an introduction to Japanese snowboard and ski wear manufacturers that we supply garment accessories to.

We have been making ski wear for over 40 years since our founding.

Although it is not a major snowboard and ski wear manufacturer in Japan, it is a manufacturer with solid sewing, fabric, planning, and design.

We are developing a brand with a unique concept.

We have our own sewing factory in Nam Dinh Province, Vietnam, and also do OEM work other than ski wear.

Sewing for items other than snowboarding and ski wear <OEM>

Recognized for sewing techniques for snowboarding and ski wearWe sew North Face products in response to orders from licensed companies.

The company was founded in 1966 as a backpacking and mountain climbing store in San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood.

Acquired by VF Corporation in 2000.

The North Face refers to the north face of the Eiger in the European Alps, and the origin of the North Face brand at VF Corporation reflects the spirit of challenge, even if the route to the summit is difficult.

(The North Face) logo mark was designed with the motif of Half Dome, the symbol of Yosemite National Park in California, USA, and the three lines are the three largest north faces in the world. It refers to the north face of the Eiger and the Matterhorn in Switzerland, and the north face of the Grands Jolas in France.

For sales in Japan, Goldwin Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells under license.

The product in the photo is a product that sells well every year.

Made of photoelectronic down , it is lightweight, has heat retention, and can be folded compactly, making it popular for town use.

Photoelectron down is made from a mixture of natural down and chemical fibers that are kneaded with photoelectrons, which are microscopic ceramic-like particles.

Fabric used for the outer fabric of snowboards and ski wear

Fabrics for snowboarding and ski wear need to be water pressure resistant and moisture permeable.

Water pressure resistance =This is a value that shows the ability to suppress the force of water that tries to penetrate into the fabric, and indicates how much water pressure it can withstand.

Water pressure level

umbrella 250~500mm Snowboarding/Skiwear Around 10000mm

Moisture permeability is a value that is the standard for "resistance to stuffiness"

Moisture permeability is a value that measures how many grams of moisture per square meter of fabric can escape in 24 hours.

The higher the value, the more moisture inside the clothes will be released to the outside of the clothes.

The fabric in the photo is a special 3-layer material that has excellent waterproof properties (prevents sweat and other moisture from accumulating).

It is a highly functional material that has the ability to prevent water from penetrating through the fine pores of 1 to 30 micrometers in the polyurethane membrane, and on the contrary, releases moisture that has accumulated inside to the outside.

Our company sells clothing accessories and special batting to this factory.

We are looking forward to receiving sewing requests from outdoor manufacturers, so please contact us.
