Cupra
Cupra's raw material is for high purity wood pulp, fiber like downy hair which is surface of cottonseed.
Cotton linter's lenrth is about 2-6mm, it is melted and spinned. The fficial name is
cuprammonium rayon.
There are lint & linter which are come from cottonseed. Cupra's raw material is linter.
Celllosr is regenerated by cuprammonium solution with celllose dissoution.
it will be fiber and cupra is come out.
This production way is called cuprammonia way or wet spinning way, those namingis coming from formal name of cuprammonium rayon.
cupra's fiber is rounded and surface is very smooth surface & nice touch.
friction is lower level, soit is suitable for lining and it iscoming in handy.
Cotton linter's main ingredient is celllose, it will bury in soil, it will decomposed by micrgranism and return to natture. This materia is kind for enviornment.
